How to find us.
towards Wedel / Blankenese to Landungsbrücken station
towards Pinneberg to Landungsbrücken station
to Landungsbrücken station – then cross the bridge down onto the pontoons
by train to Hamburg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), then S1, S3 or U3 to Landungsbrücken
By car
From Flensburg take the A7 to the Hamburg-Stellingen exit, then follow signs to the centre / Altona / Landungsbrücken.
From Frankfurt and the west (Düsseldorf) to the Horster Dreieck interchange, then the A1 and A255 towards Hamburg-Landungsbrücken.
From Berlin take the A24 to the Hamburg-Ost interchange, keep right towards Hamburg-Jenfeld. At the end of the motorway take the Horner Kreisel towards Elbbrücken/Centrum to the Deichtortunnel, then follow signs to Hafen/Altona.
Wheelchair access
The Watergate can be reached by wheelchair – both the way down to the pontoon and the restaurant itself. However, the toilets are not fully accessible. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance: +49 40 31 761 003.
